HOW THE COMMISSION PROCESS WORKS
1. Share Your Vision
Tell us about your space, dimensions, wood preferences, and inspiration. Send photos, sketches, or mood boards — anything that helps us understand your dream piece.
2. Concept & Quote
Within 3–5 business days, we'll send back a custom concept sketch, recommended wood and finish, timeline, and quote. Adjustments are welcome until everything feels just right.
3. Crafting Your Piece
Once approved, our artisans begin the work. Each piece is sketched, carved, sanded, and finished by hand — a process that typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on size and complexity.
4. Careful Delivery
Every commission is professionally packaged, insured, and shipped with white-glove care. We'll share progress photos along the way so you feel part of the journey.
