At Wditoyish, shipping costs, free shipping thresholds, and any applicable taxes or fees (if shown for your address) are displayed at checkout before you place an order.


1) Fulfillment location and order processing time

Orders are processed at our fulfillment warehouse:

Note: This is a fulfillment warehouse address, not a showroom.

  • Processing time: 7 to 10 business days

  • Daily order cut off time: 2:00 PM (local US time)

    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically counted for processing on the same business day.

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are typically counted for processing on the next business day.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


2) Shipping destinations, rates, and estimated delivery time

All timeframes below are shown in business days.

3) Carriers we use

We commonly use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for selected US parcels, and DHL Express on international routes.
Carrier selection may vary based on the destination, package size, and routing.


4) Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, we will provide a tracking number by email or in your order details (if available).
Tracking typically updates within 24 hours after carrier handoff.


5) Taxes and fees

After you enter your shipping address at checkout, the system will display any applicable taxes and fees (if any) for that address before you complete your purchase.


6) Address changes before shipment

If you need to update your shipping address or delivery information, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The email used to place the order

  • The new address and recipient phone number (if applicable)

We can only help with changes before the order is handed over to the carrier.


7) Undeliverable, refused, or returned shipments

If a shipment is undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender due to incorrect address details, missing information, or unavailable recipient, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Reship the order: you are responsible for the reshipping fee.
  2. Refund and reorder: you may choose to request a refund (based on the order status and return condition) and place a new order.

8) Delivery delays

The delivery times shown on this page are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, high shipping volume, or customs processing for international shipments.


9) Lost, missing, or damaged packages

To help us support you quickly:

  • Damaged package or item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product.

  • Marked delivered but not received: contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with tracking and carrier checks.


10) Incorrect address entered by the customer

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout:

  • If reshipment is required, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost, or

  • You may request a refund (based on the order status and return condition) and place a new order with the correct address.
