This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed directly on the Wditoyish website.
1) When you can cancel an order
You may request an order cancellation before the order is handed over to the carrier.
Because orders are processed at our fulfillment warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Our daily order cut off time is 2:00 PM (local US time). Orders placed after this time are typically counted for processing on the next business day.
2) When cancellation is not available
If your order has already been handed over to the carrier (for example, the order is marked as shipped or a tracking number has been issued), cancellation may no longer be available. In that case, you can refer to our Returns and Refund Policy after delivery.
3) How to request cancellation
To request cancellation, please contact our support team and provide:

4) Refunds for cancelled orders
If your cancellation request is confirmed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Any amounts paid at checkout (including shipping charges and any taxes or fees calculated for your address, if applicable) will be refunded according to the order status and the related payment transaction.
5) Address changes instead of cancellation
If you only need to change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and order email. We can only help with changes before the order is handed over to the carrier.
6) Undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender
If a shipment is undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, missing information, or an unavailable recipient:

You may request reshipment and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee, or

You may request a refund (based on the order status and return condition) and place a new order.
