This Returns and Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly on the Wditoyish website. Please read it carefully so you understand eligibility, timelines, fees, and how to request support.


1) Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on the carrier delivery status).


2) Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • Returned with all parts and accessories included

  • Returned with the original packaging (if applicable)

  • Supported by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.


3) Non returnable situations

A return may be declined in situations such as:

  • Items showing signs of use, missing parts, or damage caused after delivery

  • Items damaged due to inadequate packaging during the return shipment

  • Any other case where the return condition does not meet the eligibility requirements above

If your request is not eligible, we will explain the reason in our response.


4) How to request a return

To request a return, contact Wditoyish and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The email used to place the order

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos or video (recommended, and required for damage or incorrect item claims)

After we review your request, we will provide the next steps, including the return address if the return is approved.


5) Return shipping fees

  • Change of mind or personal reasons (not needed, ordered by mistake, etc.): the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Wrong item, damaged on arrival, or verified defect: we will provide an appropriate solution and instructions. Depending on the case, this may include support with shipping costs.


6) Refund amount and what is included

  • Refunds are based on the item price paid after discounts.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are typically not refundable for change of mind returns.

  • Taxes and fees, if applicable for your address, are shown at checkout. Any refund of those amounts is handled based on the order status and applicable rules at the time of payment.


7) Refund processing time

After we receive and inspect the returned item (if a return shipment is required), refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


8) Damaged item or wrong item on arrival

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos showing the issue with the item

This helps us support you quickly.


9) Marked delivered but not received

If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with carrier checks.


10) Order cancellation

You may request an order cancellation before the order is handed over to the carrier.
To request cancellation, contact us with your order number and the email used for the order.
If the order has already been handed over, cancellation may no longer be available and you can refer to the return process above.


11) Undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender

If a shipment is undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, missing details, or an unavailable recipient:

  • You may request reshipment and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee, or

  • You may request a refund (based on the order status and return condition) and place a new order.
